Measure Definition & Importance |
Tier III internet is the remainder of ITS (non public safety, non ERP, etc) who have operations between 7am and 6pm, Monday through Friday. Their uptime target is 95%. The Internet network ramp is one of the most critical aspects of how we complete work here at the City of Fort Worth. We will track the uptime of that service component measured in several methods across three tiers of service with an uptime goal specified for each level. As this is an initial and yet-unmeasured target, we will be reporting quarterly.
This KPI was eliminated in February of 2017.
