Measure Definition & Importance |
The
project approach process is intended to define and document scope,
stakeholders, resources, and supporting information at the beginning of a project
or initiative that will allow management to adequately plan for resources,
schedules, anticipated costs, and other pertinent factors when prioritizing and
assigning projects; as well as gain project buy-in from all stakeholders early
in the project life cycle.
