Data Source Details & Calculation Information |
The backup software logs the start and completion dates and times for all backup jobs. Platform Technologies staff monitor and record total number of backups jobs initiated and the number of backup jobs that exceed 8:00 AM. The data is then compiled in a monthly report. The report includes the perctage of backup jobs that completed in a timely manner.
