Data Source Details & Calculation Information |
Project Target Dates and actual completion dates are tracked in PPM Pro. A report will be created from PPM Pro to calculate whether each project completed during the quarter was completion on or before the Target Date. If the project was not completed within the target date + 20% of the project scheduled duration, the project will be deemed as not having met this criteria.
1.PPM Pro - "KPI Target Date" (field calculated in PPM Pro) = "Original Planned Completion Date" + 20%
2. Determine if each project completed during the quarter was completed on time
Identify projects completed during the quarter
Complete the "Actual Completion Date" to the "KPI Target Date"
3. Calculate % of projects completed on time:
(# of Projects Completed during the quarter - # of projects completed late)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *100
# of Projects Completed This Quarter
