Measure Definition & Importance |
To ensure safety of employees and visitors to city facilities, the City Marshal's office provides building security detail (screening of all non-city personnel upon entry) in 5 minutes at, City Hall entry north and south, Public Safety and Courts, SW Municipal Court and School Attendance Court. In order to ensure that the secure entry process is efficient, we strive to screen all non-employee building entrants in 5 minutes or less.

Data is retrieved from the daily door count calculated from each access control point of each building. Data is collected per entry, ie: if the same person re-enters the building the same day, they are counted each time they breach the threshold making entry for business purpose.
Process rate = Number of screened entrants per month/160 hours) / at 5 entry points.
NOTE: 160 = (8 hours per day * 20 days per month)
