Warrants are court documents issued by a magistrate requiring the person to be detained/arrested and brought before arraignment to reach a case disposition. Deputy City Marshals use lawful methods and various technology to serve Class C warrants issued by the Fort Worth Municipal Court. In order to keep up with average annual cases, the Marshal Division strives to serve approximately 2,600 warrants per month.
