Measure Definition & Importance |
The Records Department is notified by the Marshal Division when tickets have been received. The assigned clerk picks the tickets up and brings to the Records Deptarment where the tickets are sorted and counted. Once the sort and count is completed, the tickets are scanned. The tickets distribute in our work flow and the count is confirmed by supervisor and/or assigned clerks. Tickets are then distributed into the individual queues to those responsible for entering citations. The 3 days tracking begins once tickets are routed into those responsible for entering tickets queues. Entering citations within 3 business days from the workflow queue establishes timely entry resulting in case availablity for payments, Prose defendants case setting request and attorney inquiries. Based on previous years' activity.
