Measure Definition & Importance |
Teen Court participants perform community service and jury duty to keep offenses off their records. Teens who complete the program have their citations dismissed. Increasing the completion rate promotes the efficiency of the program and ensures participants are able to keep citations off of their records, thus improving customer satisfaction. Tracking the completion rate provides information for staff to determine if changes are needed such as additional non-profit agencies for community service placements.
