The Water Department has seen a slow, steady increase in our growth across social media platforms. However, we have 1.2 million customers and our online following does not even reach 1% of those customers. To improve this we will be taking an aggressive approach to increasing our number of followers throughout the next few years. Platforms to be measured will be Facebook (FW Water & FW Agua), Twitter (FW Water, FW Agua), and Instagram (SaveFWwater).
