Measure Definition & Importance |
One of goals of the the Water Efficiency and Condition Assessment Program (WECAP) is to give each pipe in the water distribution system a condition score and a criticality score. The two scores are combined to determine the risk-based rating. Decisions about rehabilitation and replacements will be made based on the scores.
