When the City receives biosolids odor complaints at a land application site a City inspector will travel out to the site and conduct odor monitoring activities. If the odors offsite of the land application field have a (dilution / threshold) D/T> 4 and are not attributable to some other source, then the odor complaint will have been considered "validated."
