Data Source Details & Calculation Information |
This information is collected from information that we receive on a monthly basis from each division and sent to the Accident Review Board. This information is maintained by our department and placed in a spreadsheet on a monthly basis, transferred to our data information program (PC Compliance) and able to pull reports by the number and type of injuries.
LV = average of the last 2 year's actual FTYD for that month; so LV = (current period FYTD # preventable injuries+previous year's FYTD # preventable injuries)/2
HV = LV + 5%
% Change (YOY FYTD) = ((current period FYTD # preventable injuries-previous year's FYTD # preventable injuries)/previous year's FYTD # preventable injuries)*100
