Measure of the number of employees participating in monthly safety training within the Water Department. On a monthly basis saftety training is provided for employees. The training can come through an email or physcial location. Each employee must submit the quiz to receive credit for the training. If an employee completes at least 10 of the 12 training classes they will be awarded a safety bonus at the end of the year. The importance is to ensure all Water Department employees are provided with the basic safety training.
