Measure Definition & Importance |
This measure is a comprehensive efficiency indicator of how water is ultimately being delivered to the customer from the point of raw water purchased, through the production & delivery system, metering and ultimately the billing system. The target was set in FY2013 when the metric was first developed using 12-year historical analysis.
