Purpose Statement
To track and manage worker's compensation claim benefits comparing trends to mitigate increasing worker's compensation expenditures. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the return to work program citywide. Tracking the worker's compensation claims allows coordination with Risk Management Safety Program's goal of preventing and mitigating injuries.
