Purpose Statement
The Employee Relations Section conducts neutral investigations of disciplinary appeals and complaints based on discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, coordinates defense of unemployment insurance claims, administers the EthicsPoint hotline, conducts training employees, Human Resources Coordinators and Medical Records Custodians across the organization, and provides guidance on and updates the City's Personnel Rules and Regulations.
