This measures Discrimination, Sexual Harassments, and Retaliation complaints made by employees and a final report submitted to the Law Department within 60 days of receipt of the complaint. This is important to ensure a prompt fact finding and fast resolution to mitigate litigation risk to the city.

Data Source Details & Calculation Information |
- Go to network folder \\chisilon\HRDEPT\AS141\Employ Rel\Activity Logs & Reports\FYxx where xx = current fiscal year folder.
- Open Excel file “Master Copy of FYxx Activity Log.xlsx” where xx = current fiscal year.
- Filter on Column D, Activity Type (Complaint).
- Subtract Column B date from Column U date for each applicable row; result is days to complete.
- Calculate minimum, average, and maximum from results in #4.
