PeopleSoft Purchasing payment report and Origami Risk manual data entry of claim payments to create system reports per FY quarter. Reference actual budget to confirm total payments for quarter. Report total claim dollars collected and % of claim dollars collected compared to overall claim payments.
Add total collection of claim dollars per quarter. Then, divide the total collection claim dollars per quarter by the overall claim expenses for the quarter to get the total percent of claim dollars collected.
