Measure Definition & Importance |
The number or percent of random alcohol and drug screens completed per month is important to track to identify inconsistencies and potential exposures. If the measurement indicates anything less than 100%, then we will review the process to determine the reasons for not meeting the KPI and if those reasons are valid. If we discover a trend for certain employees or departments not being tested, then we will be able to address concerns with HR management immediately.
