Measure Definition & Importance |
This measurement will track the total # of employee lost days due to job-related incidents. This measurement is important to highlight potential concerns of leave abuse by employees or within certain departments, divisions, or occupations if the total lost days exceed the standard quarterly target. Lost time days equate to tax-payer loss monetarily and in services because an employee is unable to return to work timely.
