This employee survey question allows us to measure the degree of satisfaction that employees have with the performance appraisal process.  This process was revamped in 2014 and employees are now evaluated twice per year.  In 2016, the organization also launched the Pay for Performance program, which is reliant upon successful completion of Performance Evaluations by all supervisors.   This information helps us to determine the success of evaluations, as well as to plan for additional supervisor training on how to ensure appraisals are meaningful to all employees.

The employee survey is conducted approximately every 18 months.

Data from the employee survey is manually transferred by Performance Office staff to a storage spreadsheet on the ClearPoint shared drive, here:

• Data is entered into the "ALL (enter data here)" tab
• Data for each section, 1-11 (as defined in Column A), is pulled into 11 separate tabs (1 for each numbered section)
• Each of these tabs is linked to ClearPoint via the data loader utility
