This employee survey question allows us to measure the degree of satisfaction that employees have with the training opportunities that are available to them.  While Organizational Development is not the sole owner of training and professional development opportunities, tracking satisfaction, along with comments from the survey, is an important gauge of perception of opportunity.  This information helps us to plan for future opportunities for employees. 

% satisfied = agree + slightly agree + strongly agree

The employee survey is conducted approximately every 18 months.

Data from the employee survey is manually transferred by Performance Office staff to a storage spreadsheet on the ClearPoint shared drive, here:

• Data is entered into the "ALL (enter data here)" tab
• Data for each section, 1-11 (as defined in Column A), is pulled into 11 separate tabs (1 for each numbered section)
• Each of these tabs is linked to ClearPoint via the data loader utility
