Data for this KPI comes from the SimplyWell Administrative portal, which can be accessed by named users only. Currently only 2 members of the HR department have access to this database.
To download data:
2. Select REPORTS & METRICS tab, drop-down and select METRICS ON DEMAND, drop-down and select RISK & PARTICIPATION
3. Click on SERIES & FILTERS button, under SERIES select date range
4. Under FILTERS click on RELATIONSHIP and select SPOUSE and EMPLOYEE; click on EMPLOYEE CLASS and select FULLTIME and RETIREE; click on HEALTH PLAN COVERED and select TRUE; click on UNION and select ELIGIBLE; click APPLY (wait for program to run)
5. Click on CUSTOM METRICS REPORT button, click on HIGH RISK FACTOR COUNTS, click CREATE
6. Save it to \\AS141\Wellness\Vicki’S Folder\__VIVERAE\VIVERAE_HIGH_RISK_date
2. DATA SERIES DESCRIPTIONS & CALCULATIONS:
The % of eligible (non-medicare) health plan members (employee, retiree, surviving spouse, spouse) that are High Risk. High Risk is 5 or more risk factors. This % is determined by the data found in the SimplyWell HIGH RISK report, combining the 5-6 and 7+ columns.
3. TARGET CALCULATIONS:
∙Overall Target (none) = None
∙High Variance (FY Target): = Last year’s FYTDActual + 5% = 14.1% + 5% = 19.1%
∙Low Variance = Last year’s FYTDActual = 14.1%
4. EVALUATED SERIES:
% of eligible health plan members (non-medicare) who are high risk. (#317116)
