This metric is not in use. Another KPI may be put in place at another time. This measure will track the the # of business days it takes Staffing Partners to post job openings. Departments will submit a requisition which is a request to hire. The requisition goes up the departments chain of command for approval. Once all approvals have been made then the requisition is sent to the Staffing Partner. The Staffing Partner has 3 business days or less to create and post the job posting.

HR Records records receipt in People Soft and can provide dates an excel spreadsheet with the dates a job posting closes and the date applications are routed to departments.
