Measure Definition & Importance |
This measure will track whether departments are in compliance with twice yearly performance appraisal requirements. High participation is required in order to implement a pay for performance system in future years.
Because of the delay in scanning, logging and processing reports, we are beginning to measure by the number completed. In the future, we will measure the number of completed on time.

HR Records records receipt in People Soft and can provide the number submitted in each department.
The number due is calculated by:
1. Excluding new hires (for example, after November 1, 2014 for Oct 14-March 15 performance period)
2. Identifying employees who promoted or transferred (for example: between Feb 1 and March 31) (their prior supervisor/dept is responsible)
3. Exclude employees on medical or military leave for 120+ days during the performance period.
