To ensure eligibility and provide accurate invoicing for customer entities, customer information is collected at the point of HHW drop off, whether it be at the ECC or at a mobile collection. That information is downloaded into an Access database and provides the number of households served. Total volume of HHW collected at the ECC and at mobile collections will be tracked using the same Access database.

Total volume = volume from CFW residents + volume from customer entities

Total households = # of city residents served + # of non-city households served
