Measure Definition & Importance |
This measure will track the total number of individual visits to the City's drop-off stations. This measure will not track the use of the Environmental Collection Center. This measure will provide a measurement of the use of these facilities to track capacity, where in the city the customer base at each site is coming from as well as the hours that the facilities are used most intensively. This is critical to validating staffing and to determine any future needs.
