Presentation or informational material is from City Council, Corporation Boards and Crime Control and Prevention District meetings. Presentation material is uploaded into the Granicus Video Streaming system before the meeting, some after the meeting. for the public to access. Availability of this information to internal and external customers provides transparency in a timely manner and can eliminate the need for a public information request since material is readily available online.

Data is a benchmarking area that is tracked by each staff member. Each staff member submits monthly reports to the Assistant City Secretary to compile monthly benchmarking statistics.  Attainment of target is solely dependent on availability of presentations being received within a few days; however, unforeseen issues with Granicus requires a safeguard adjustment of 5%.
