Measure Definition & Importance |
Measure reflects the average volume of use for computer-based resources. This measure helps management make decisions related to demand for resources, computer allocation, and assessment of computer maintenance to assure more computers remain functional rather than being down awaiting IT service. There is no established target for FY16 due to no comparable historical data. This figure will set a benchmark for future analysis and use.
