This is a new service that will be implemented during the FY to make library card registration easier for the customers by allowing them to register for new cards online.  There is no historical data available to set the target, therefore it will be based on the data collected over the course of FY18.

Data Source Details & Calculation Information

Deborah Duke will run a report at the end of the Fiscal Year from the Polaris ILS, indicating the total number of new card registrations and how many of those registrations were initiatied online.  She will then calculate the percentage from those figures and report to Paul Orr
