Measure Definition & Importance |
The Library strives to maintain a high level of customer satisaction at 90% or higher. To assess this annually, customers have an opportunity to respond to a customer survey that asks a variety of questions. One survey question is targeted to identify customer satisfaction: "Overall, how satisfied are you with library services?" Response options include the following ratings: Strongly Unsatisfied, Somewhat Satisfied, Satisfied, or Strongly Satisfied. Provides feedback useful to make management decisions for services, programs and materials collections offered. Knowing the customer satisifaction level tells management whether the Library is meeting the needs and expectations of its customers. The FY2016 target of 90% based trying to maintain the same level as previous years performance.
