Measure Definition & Importance |
One of the primary services people use during their visits to the city's libraries is the computers. Automated systems report a count of the number of times the library's computers and laptops are used. This helps identify the level of demand for computers and determine allocation of computer resources per library location. The FY2015 use count was less than the previous year in FY2014. Therefore the FY2016 target was based on maintaining the FY2015 count.
