To develop, coordinate and oversee the execution of a balanced financial plan for the City that reflects the policies and priorities of the citizens, promotes the efficient allocation and use of resources, and ensures that all funds received and disbursed for City programs are accounted for in accordance with current laws, regulations, and policies.
