Measure Definition & Importance |
Lean projects are completed by two different sets of individuals:
- Individuals who are completing the project that is required to be completed
- Previously trained Lean leaders who are continuing to execute projects, which is teh expectation
The Lean program was revamped in 2017, and items to be tracked are currently being finalized. This will likely include:
- Hours saved
- $ saved
- # process steps eliminated

TBD- Lean savings are captured by cohort currently. These savings vary, and many projects might not have savings that are measurable in a consistent way. The savings that are currently being captured are under review to determine what the best method is for measuring them as a KPI.
