In order to effectively administer our Performance Scorecards program at the department level, each department nominates two individuals to take on the role of a Performance Liaison. Each of these performance Liaisons is granted access to the City's measurement platform, ClearPoint. The ClearPoint system provides the city with an effective tool for measurement and measurement reporting. Like any system, the ability to effectively leverage this potential requires training. Ensuring that a high percentage of our Performance Liaisons are trained in ClearPoint will help strengthen our ability to effectively measure our performance throughout the organization. With more frequent offerings of training and new training options, we hope to encourage a culture where data drives decision making. 

TBD (New Measure)- The method for effectively capturing this number has not been determined yet. Performance Liaison training can be tracked using Eventbrite, but manual entry will likely be required to flag which departments have had a Performance Liaison attend multiple trainings.
