Would it be more meaningful to know the percentage of facilitated projects that met a certain value level
Or, as we discussed, would it be MOST meaningful to use a customer satisfaction score for these projects? This would require developing a survey (which I would be happy to assist with).
Within this, we could still have measure series such as:
Customer satisfaction score
Average facilitated project valuation
Average time it takes to facilitate projects
Total Number of facilitated projects
