Data Source Details & Calculation Information |
This measure is captured and maintained in a user list by the primarily Lean focused Performance Analysts in PBD.
The total number trained is the sum total of those trained formally in Lean through the City of Fort Worth Yellow Belt Program, and those who are trained in PBD individual skills classes (ie. mapping and facilitation).
In the future, this number might also include those that are selected for more advanced Lean training.
