SMAINS, SSERV, SAM, Supervision and Management are responsible for the number of manholes built/repaired/replaced, sewer mains and services repaired, sewer cleanouts and taps installed, rehabilitation pipe installed, walkouts performed, easements cleared, air-release/aerial crossing/manhole inspected, smoke testing performed, odor control devices/complaints investigated, inspected and installed and response times monitored. SERI, PM, and SPRO, Supervision and Management are responsible for the number routine degrease/root-cuts performed, sewer cleaning (including basins), sewer CCTV performed, manhole inspections, reporting number of overflows/gallons, customer complaints performed, trenchless point repairs installed, internal and external contractor/basin/project/QA-QC CCTV work reviewed, aerial drone inspections, SSO/Stoppage reports completed, SSCA (Sub Basin) Reports completed, and overall response times to our customers.
