    1. MS. Implement and evaluate the process management plan for Blueworks process documentation.
      1. Recruit Yellow and Green belts from each division to be a representative on the team.
      2. Establish sub-pages on Organization Development SharePoint website for each Division to store and manage their list of processes. Also establish permissions for each team member so they can provide access to their team members.
      3. Establish and provide a form to each team member for providing a list of key processes. The list will be stored on Org Dev SharePoint website sub-page for each Division.
      4. Start developing key process list for each Division.
      5. Complete all key process list and store on validate they have been stored on the SharePoint sub-page for each Division.
      6. Combine all Division's list into a master list and provide to executive team/management for review
      7. Present processes to executive team for prioritization into a top ten list.
      8. Provide training documents to team leaders  on how to use Blueworks base on license type.
      9. Setup the appropriate licenses for each team in Blueworks.
      10. Evaluate the Process Management Plan and provide analysis and recommended adjustments to management.

Description
The challenges is getting each division and subgroups within the division to identify all their key processes. Organizing teams to develop the process maps. The key benefits of this plan: 1. Better understanding of each key process, importance of sequence of the steps, responsibilities and hand-offs in the process. 2. Allows employees to use the process for training new hires or transfers to their division. 3 Easier to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the process. 4. Easier to audit processes for any safety issues. 5. Better managemant of the process for developing, publishing and reviewing the processes for updates.
Measurable Outcomes
Reduced vacancy rate for I/E and Water Systems Operator positions. Hire 3-5 participants for this program.
