    1. FO. Implement recommendations of Real Water Loss Plan.
      1. Initiate phase 1 of the 5 year leak loss plan. Bring Pure Technologies U.S. Inc. DBA, Wachs Water Services onboard and begin execution of the service agreement (boots on the ground surveying).
      2. Establish a dashboard for monitoring results, mapping progress and collecting data from the survey efforts.
      3. Kick off meeting, establish contacts and responsibilities.
      4. Begin submitting monthly reports to managment  on  project details; footage surveyed, leaks found by type and location.

Description
Proactively Survey the distribution system to minimize unaccounted water loss. Formulate a plan for addressing the areas where concentrations of leaks are found and recommend methods/equipment for monitoring these areas until upgrades or improvements can be made to the infrastructure.
Measurable Outcomes
Reduce unaccounted water loss. Identify and correct mapping discrepancies.   Track the footage surveyed and leaks found  Identify the areas within our distribution system that have the highest concentrations of leaks.

FO-Water Distribution Physically performing proactive surveys of designated areas to identify sources of unaccounted water loss, damaged or inoperable assets and update mapping discrepancies. CC-Conservation/Backflow Infrastructure Planning and assistance with the RFP process and contract execution and compliance. MS-Water IT 1) GIS mapping, auto populate maps and dashboards when Maximo work orders are generated from the proactive survey program. 2) Contractor support and coordination.
