Description
We are challenged to get as many of our customers on the customer portal to manage their water use and costs. The portal will give customers a number of tools to do this. Among them is the ability to see water useage on an hourly data and to receive alterts when there is continuous flow, suggesting a possible leak. This puts customers in control and is designed to cut down calls to our customer relastions team.
Measurable Outcomes
The number of customers who sign up for the portal. We want to ensure Fort Worth Water communicates the value of the portal to all customers using key messaging to increase awareness, rive customer signups and strengthen the perception of FWW.
