      1. Identify and communicate to the selected team members that will be assigned to this initiative
      2. Identify two areas of focus
      3. Review & resarch all available data from JD Power and Water Customer Satisfaction Survey in the 2 areas chosen.  Goal is to understand the detail for these areas as well as our results over time
      4. Assign Team Members to one of the areas of focus for a subcommittee
      5. Initiative #1 analyzed and a detailed plan documented
      6. Initiative #2 analyzed and a detailed plan documented
      7. Begin execution of the recommendation from each subcommittee - develop training, changes to processes, etc.
